EN-CO Software cPlc’s project aimed to revolutionize the disassembly process of lithium-ion batteries by integrating cutting-edge technologies into a single software application, by leveraging 5G capabilities. Our goal was to enhance safety, efficiency, and precision in battery disassembly.
In collaboration with leading waste management and recycling company in Hungary, our project targeted the challenges of manual disassembly, which posed risks such as explosions and poisoning. To mitigate these issues, we utilized depth cameras and neural recognition technology to automate and regulate each disassembly task, ensuring the robotic arm performed accurately and safely. The integration of 5G and edge clusters further improved control and precision.
