Flexible dynamic RAN
The goal of the use case is to demonstrate the ability of the optical transmission and switching technologies developed in the project to support DRAN dynamic functional splits 7-1,7-2, and 8 in a simulated cell-free scenario. The objective is to produce an intelligent technology capable of re-configuring the network according to traffic conditions and energy consumption targets.
