Seamless Immersive Reality

The Seamless Immersive Reality (SIR) Proof of Concept, developed under the FLECON-6G project, is designed to push the boundaries of next-generation immersive teleconferencing and broadcast applications. It harnesses the potential of 6G networks, AI-driven optimisations, and edge computing to deliver real-time, interactive experiences in both virtual and physical environments.
In response to the increasing demands for immersive content and collaboration tools, the SIR PoC serves as a benchmark for evaluating 6G network efficiency. It demonstrates how future networks can support ultra-high bandwidth, ultra-low latency, and seamless interactions among users distributed across different geographic locations.
